However, the service and attention to our purchase could not be better. Mark Padgett was very professional and accessible during the whole process. He provided the names of others on his team for any technical or service questions and they each proved to be equally accessible;
couteous and informative. this was particularly important to us as this was our first trailer. They all responded quickly to any request or question that we had.
My first contact with mark was on saturday and our new trailer was sitting in our driveway the following saturday 2400 miles away.
