Excellent - entire experience! Bob Woodard is an absolutely great salesperson. Shon took care of the service issues very nicely. Mike Suzor had extraordinary patience in the walkthrough. Rich, nice work on some repairs. If you ever need a person to refer someone for validation of how great Lakeshore RV is, call me!
The team (Bob, Rachel, Mike, Rich & Rick) that we worked with at Lakeshore RV were great! Our happiness with our 5th wheel was their primary concern. They not only dealt with any issue, but did it with a smile. Very accomodating and we would use them again. P.S. - everyone we met left us with a very positive impression of Michigan.
Chris was the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. He was so pleasant, very honest and he never pressured us in any way. In the future, Chris will be the only person we will buy our RV from.
