Editor’s Note: I apologize for the lag in posts over the last month. I started a new side project that required a great deal of my attention and unfortunately, I had to put posting to this blog on the back-burner. But, we are back on the air again and we now would like to return you to our regularly scheduled programming…
The hot trend in the RVing industry right now seems to be outdoor kitchens. My plan for this post was to profile a selection of 5th wheel and travel trailer RVs with outdoor kitchens and other tailgating amenities in the floor plans. Unfortunately (or fortunately if you love the TV show as much as I do), America’s Funniest Videos was on TV while I was doing research and my original idea quickly derailed. So rather than profiling RVs this week as I had planned (we’ll save that for next week), I thought it would be fun to share a few of Lakeshore’s favorite RV bloopers and mishaps.
For your enjoyment, I present to Lakeshore RV Center’s Top 5 Favorite RV Bloopers:
Reason #1,692 why you should always, always, ALWAYS remember your RV’s overhead clearance needs.
A towing vehicle with the proper amount of horsepower and torque is usually a good idea:
Lakeshore RV doesn’t recommend you park your “caravan” in the Top Gear parking lot:
Our service department recommends your fire extinguishers are charged, up to date and placed in a convenient location at all times. Here’s why:
Is your RV insurance up to date? Howzabout your homeowner’s insurance?
We hope you enjoyed this post and had a good laugh. Just so you know, to the best of our knowledge, aside from some bent sheet-metal, melted fiberglass and some bruised egos, no-one was hurt in any of these videos. Care to share some of the RV bloopers and mishaps you’ve witnessed or have personally been involved in? Please share below, we’d love to hear your stories!
Wherever your travels take you during the winter RV season, the crew at Lakeshore RV Center wants to wish you happy and safe travels.
