Hampton Beach State Park
Hampton Beach State Park provides year round recreation, with Atlantic ocean-front facilities situated along miles of the white, sandy beach. Activities in the park include swimming, fishing, picnicking, and RV camping with full hook-ups in the campground. The campground is the only RV park directly on the New Hampshire coast at the mouth of the Hampton River.
Pawtuckaway State Park
Pawtuckaway State Park has a variety of landscapes and something to do for everyone. There is a large beach on the lake as well as hiking, boating, canoeing, fishing, skiing, horseback riding, and biking. The campground has 192 sites that have lake views or wooded settings. Each campsite has a fire ring, picnic table, and parking space. There are no hookups at any of the sites but they have bath house equipped with running water, flush toilets, and 24 hour showers. There also is a campsite with canoe and kayak rentals.
